Start with your DCC license

Upload a copy of your state cannabis license. We pull your business details straight from the Department of Cannabis Control's records, so there's nothing to retype. You'll also need your seller's permit, your EIN, and a government ID for the person signing.

Before you upload: how we read your documents

Your license, seller's permit, and government ID are sent to an automated third-party service (Anthropic) that reads the details off them, so you do not have to retype anything. Your document images are deleted within 30 days, are never used to train AI models, and a member of our team reviews every submission. Full detail is in our Privacy Notice.

IRS Form 8300 authorization

If Headwaters receives more than $10,000 in cash in a single transaction or a related series, federal law requires Headwaters to file IRS Form 8300. You authorize Headwaters to use the identifying information you provided on the previous step, including the owner's government ID if you substituted one, for that reporting. This is the same authorization given in Section 14 of the Terms and Conditions above.

Non-Propagation Acknowledgment (please read)

Because you're purchasing clones or nursery stock: Headwaters owns the genetics. You agree not to propagate them, and not to sell or distribute clones, cuttings, seeds, or tissue cultures derived from them. Headwaters may inspect your premises and DNA-test up to 25 plants per month for 12 months after your last delivery. This commitment is the reason we can sell you our genetics. Without it, we can't.

This company is approved to purchase clones and nursery stock, so each person signing for it acknowledges the non-propagation commitment.
